Connected data

All sections communicate

The Tracker becomes the connection point: habits, workouts, measurements and nutrition can describe the same day from different angles.

Integrations

Connect Organizr to your favorite apps

Bring workouts, nutrition and data from the apps you already use into Organizr, so your personal hub stays up to date.

Apple Watch

Train, log spending and habits from your iWatch

Record workouts, wallet movements and habits from your wrist, then find everything inside the main Organizr sections.

SECTIONS

Inside Organizr: 14 sections that share the same data

Organizr is a personal planner and habit tracker that also handles training, nutrition, goals and money. Each section below is part of the same app, and they share data with each other — a workout logged on the phone shows up in the tracker, in the dashboards and in the AI analysis.

Habit tracker

The Tracker is the daily habit tracker at the centre of Organizr: mark what you did, build streaks and watch the pattern of your days emerge in the dashboard. Habits, workouts, meals and measurements all feed the same view, so you see how they move together instead of checking four different apps.

Board

A personal kanban board for everything that would otherwise stay in your head. Move ideas, tasks and side projects into columns you define, and keep long-running personal projects visible without turning them into a full project-management tool.

Workout tracker

Log every session with sets, reps and load, then compare each workout against the previous one and follow load progression on clear charts. Existing history comes in from Hevy, and Organizr AI can build new routines from what you already lift.

Nutrition and food diary

Your food diary with calories and macronutrients, connected to FatSecret so meals arrive already broken down instead of being retyped. Set a nutrition planner and read the results in the dashboards.

Recipes

Create, save and organize your own recipes, use them to plan meals, and let Organizr AI analyze their nutritional values or generate new ones from ingredients you already have.

Body measurements

Save weight, BMI and body measurements and follow how they change over weeks and months, next to the training and nutrition data that explains those changes.

Goals

Goals work best in three-month cycles — long enough to matter, short enough to finish. Set them on a quarter or across a full year and track milestones as you go.

Wallet and investments

Accounts, transactions and investments in one place, with dashboards that show what you are actually spending and where. No bank connection required.

Subscriptions

Track every subscription, including the ones split with friends or colleagues, and see costs, renewal dates and the real monthly total before it surprises you.

Wardrobe

The clothes you own, the ones you want and the ones you plan to sell, finally in one list. Available on desktop.

Reading library

A virtual library for the books you are reading and the ones you finished, with summaries, notes and reading progress kept alongside them.

File organization

Was that folder on the PC, the Mac or the server? Organizr shows where your files live, how backups are organized and when they need updating. Available on desktop.

Organizr AI

The AI reads the data you already track and turns it into answers: workout plans built on your real numbers, recipe analysis, and insight into habits, spending and progress. Included on every plan, with more credits on Pro and Lifetime.

Encrypted sync

Start something on the phone, finish it on the Mac. Sync is end-to-end encrypted across iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows, and only the last 90 days stay on the server — encrypted — purely to keep devices aligned.

FAQ

Common questions

What is Organizr?

Organizr is an all-in-one personal planner for iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows. It combines a habit tracker, a kanban board, a workout log, a food diary, body measurements, goals, a wallet, subscriptions, recipes, a wardrobe, a reading library and file organization in one app, with every section sharing data with the others.

Is Organizr a habit tracker or a planner?

Both. The Tracker section is a full habit tracker with streaks and statistics, and it sits inside a wider personal planner that also covers tasks, training, nutrition, goals and finances. That is the point: the habits you track and the things you plan live in the same place.

Where is my data stored?

On your devices. Sync is optional and end-to-end encrypted: only the last 90 days are held on the server, encrypted, purely to keep your devices aligned. Organizr has no access to the content of your data.

Which devices does Organizr run on?

iPhone, Android, macOS 12 or later on Apple Silicon and Intel, and Windows 10 or 11. Apple Watch can log workouts, spending and habits from your wrist.

Can I import workouts from Hevy?

Yes. The Workout section imports your Hevy history, so past sessions and load progression are there from the start instead of being retyped.

Can I connect FatSecret for nutrition?

Yes. You can connect a FatSecret account so meals, calories and nutritional values arrive automatically in the food diary. The setup guide walks through creating the API credentials step by step.

Is there a free version?

Yes. Organizr Lite is free and covers the full Tracker, the food diary, a board, workout routines, recipes, subscriptions and a wallet account, plus 50 Organizr AI credits per month. Pro and Lifetime remove the limits and add sync and advanced dashboards.
