1. Subject
Organizr is a desktop software designed for personal management of tasks, subscriptions, nutrition, and workouts. Use of the app implies acceptance of these Terms.
2. License
The user receives a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app on their device.
3. Use of the app
The user agrees to use the app in compliance with the law, not attempt to modify, decompile or alter the software, and not use the app for unlawful purposes.
4. Local operation
The app saves data exclusively locally, does not provide automatic backups, and does not guarantee synchronization between devices. The user is solely responsible for managing their own data.
5. Backup and data loss
The controller does not guarantee data recovery and is not responsible for data loss or damage. The user is responsible for performing manual backups and keeping copies of their data.
6. Updates
The app may check for available updates via an internet connection. Updates may modify features, fix bugs, and improve security.
7. External integrations
The app can integrate with FatSecret and Hevy. Use of these services is optional and subject to the terms of the respective platforms. The controller is not responsible for malfunctions of third-party services or data loss from external APIs.
8. Limitation of liability
The software is provided "as is". The controller is not responsible for direct or indirect damages, data loss, service interruptions, or hardware/software incompatibilities.
9. Intellectual property
All rights to the software are reserved to the controller. Unauthorized copying, distribution and modification are prohibited.
10. Changes to terms
The Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the changes.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
